  How much does delivery cost?

Mainland UK & NI: Up to 2 items £1.95. 3 to 5 items £2.95. 6 + items £4.95.†

Europe: £2.95 for the 1st item then £1.00 for each additional item.

Rest of World: £3.50 for the 1st item then £1.50 for each additional item.

  When can I expect my glasses to arrive after placing an order?

Usually 3 to 5 working days for the UK. If any items are out of stock you will be contacted by email. European and Rest of the World can take up to 14 working days.

  How will I know my order has been dispatched?

As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email.

  My glasses are being delivered outside of the UK. Will I be charged import duty?

You may be liable to pay import duty or tax and you should contact the Customs Office in the country of delivery. Please refer to our Delivery Terms and Conditions here.

  What if I donít like my glasses?

You will get a full refund or exchange (read Refund and Cancellation Policy here)(to the same value) within a 14 day period once we have received your goods. Goods must be returned in 7 working days.

  Whatís your Returns Policy?

Always carefully inspect your folding glasses on receipt. If any goods are damaged please refer to our terms and conditions here.
If the goods are damaged or faulty the customer should return them within 7 days with a copy of your invoice (sent by email).
We can only accept goods bought via www.eye-spec.com

  Can I request a replacement rather than a refund?

Contact us immediately and ensure the original order is returned within 7 working days in their original condition with proof of purchase. Once we receive the goods and are satisfied of their condition we will send you your replacement glasses. Please refer to our terms and conditions here.

  How can I keep track of my order?

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. A second email will be sent when your goods are dispatched. You can view the status by logging on to “your account”.

  What are the methods of payment?

We accept all major credit cards when ordering online.

  Do you send goods to work addresses?

Yes we can but cannot be liable for any loss of goods.
